So I went to Florida last weekend to visit family and I was able to test out the my iPhone camera. I felt like I was cheating on my faithful 7D but this was a good opportunity to see what this camera could accomplish. Overall, I like the images I was able to make. One stop with the iPhone camera was the lack of control of the exposure. In most phone cameras there is a button for exposure compensation so you can over- or under- expose an image. I did not see one on the iPhone which is surprising since that feature was on my archaic non-smart phone. Apparently there are a few apps out there that seek to add this feature but it is not initially a part of the camera.
Anyhow, here are some images with the iPhone. All images had minor color adjustments in photoshop, unless convert to grayscale. Last image was processed through the photoshop iPhone app.
